Ireland

The Home Education Network (HEN) www.henireland.org/ is now the largest and oldest support network for Home Educators in Ireland.

If you are a member of HEN you can email the central address from where your message is forwarded to all subscribed members. This is an efficient method of communicating with every member of HEN simultaneously.

On the HEN website is a list of regional contacts

As not all home educators are members of HEN these regional contacts often are in touch with many others not on the main email list so may be useful to communicate with as well for disseminating information. There are home-ed groups meeting up regularly in some parts of the country, to find out if there is a gathering in your area, please get in touch with your regional contact.

You can also find many home educators and students in the republic of Ireland on the HEN social network www.heneire.org
